I’m Bullish on BTU, a stock that is way oversold. Credit Suisse today came out with a 12 month target of $44 per share and an Outperform rating. The 52 week price range is 61.37 – 21.12. The adjustment came after Credit Suisse attended the annual investor day in New York. Here is the statement … [Read more…]
I’ve decided to pare my holding in CSX due to a potiential legal setback regarding price fixing. The lawsuit dates back to 2007 and alleges that CSX and other US Freight railroads conspired to drive up shipping costs by fixing fuel surcharges. My original purchase of these shares was January 21, 2010 with a cost … [Read more…]
DEER is one of ‘those Chinese’ companies that many investors fear. You know that flat out fraudulent, illegitimate and highly profitable companies that Barrons warned against. If you believe Alfred Little, you would believe that DEER has no revenue growth and keeps a set of fake accounts receivables. He said after an ‘extensive’ 10 City, … [Read more…]
Originally I owned Proctor and Gamble, PG:NYSE in only my trading account since 2010. I still consider GLW a good stock and a good value despite the six month slump. If we are not at a bottom, we must be getting close. With sales of Apple Inc. and smartphones, and tablets on the increase, I’m even more bullish on the stock. Remember the PEG: 0.661
Fast Facts from Apples recent Q3: Apple’s sales climed 82% to $28.57 Billion, iPhones lept 142% with 20.34 million units sold and iPad sales soared 183% with 9.25 million units sold.
I’ll wait for the stock to settle before I buy my last 25% of my target buy on GLW.
I am reducing my holding with NWS by 500 shares, leaving just 200 shares in my portfolio. (Cost basis of remaining shares is $10.05)
I like this stock because of the conservative niche Rupert Murdock has his media properties positioned.
